August 20, 2008--For cabling installers working around electricity, the OEL Combination Tool is a double-insulated tool tested to 10,000 volts AC and rated for 1,000 volts AC maximum enclosure, and handles both metric and standard applications.
In distributing the torque load to the fastener through the flats, the tool achieves greater force and lowers the possibility of distortion to a nut or bolt head. Sockets are capable of exceeding the tightening torques specified in the DIN standard by 70 to 100%, depending on socket size.
